One hundred and forty baristas from 40 countries will compete in the four World Latte Art Championships, World Brewers Cup, World Cup Tasters Championship and World Coffee in Good Spirits
Within the 5th International Coffee Week, SIC, Brazil will host, for the first time, the four world championships, bringing together 140 baristas from 40 countries. Promoted by the World Coffee Championships, the events will take place as of today, 7, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. until Friday 9, at the Expominas Pavilion, when the big winners will be known.
In addition to the championships, there will be 25 events such as conferences, seminars, forums, competitions, workshops, tastings and courses, with the participation of coffee growers, roasters, baristas and several other players in the chain of specialty coffees.
The Grão Special team will be accompanying the whole event and, over the course of the three days, we will be showing our readers the coolest moments along the championships.
Café Publisher is the organizer of the event with the support of the FAEMG System, Sebrae, and the Government of Minas Gerais, through the State Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply Department (SEAPA) and the Minas Gerais Development Corporation (Codemge).
