And as spring is coming up, what about enjoying and learning from Brazilian Cocktail Champion, Bartender and Best Brazilian Cocktail Producer in 2018, Gustavo Rômulo, on refreshing recipes that include tea as an ingredient?
The famous Bartender welcomed us at the Burle Bar, in the Tangará Palace, in São Paulo, to teach us how to prepare three tea-based beverages by Dammann Frère, an iconic French tea brand, acquired by illy read the article here.

Therefore, let’s move on to the recipes, while we root for the Bartender to shine in the World Championship.
- Drink with vodka – The first drink is a remake of the famous Cosmopolitan creation. It has the Damman Carcadet Nuit D’ETÉ tea, lemon and vodka;
- Drink with gin – the second drink features Damman gin, lemon juice, tangerine juice and rooibos tea;
- Drink without alcohol – the last one, non-alcoholic, is named Pinacoteca and takes lemon juice, spice syrup, ginger extract and Earl Gray tea, also from Damman Frère.
