4Beans Coffee Company, a micro-roasting coffee factory, was born in January 2015. The name pays homage to the four charter members: Otávio Linhares, Amanda Lafayette, Hida Lambros and Juca Esmanhoto. Its goal is to produce different profiles of roasts, working with several farms in Brazil.
The company is currently working with six farms from five different states of Brazil and is selling fifteen different types of grain in its micro coffee factory, located in the heart of Curitiba.
At 4Beans Coffee Co. you can taste the grains, which are served for R$7. The place also offers two courses, one on coffee preparation methods and the other a barista course, provided by partners Amanda Laffayete and Otávio Linhares. Laffayete and Linhares are in charge of roast.
In only two years, 4Beans became one of the most famous coffee factories in Brazil, and its grains are used in many coffee shops. In addition to serving an excellent coffee, the brand collaborates to increase Brazilian knowledge on special coffees, helping to discover new black Diamonds in small properties.
