Agronomist engineer and coffee grower at a family estate in Três Pontas, MG, Raquel Miranda, 28, was the candidate selected to receive a full scholarship in the 2019 edition of the International Masters in Coffee Economics and Science Ernesto illy), held in Triestre, Italy, by the Ernesto illy Foundation and Università del Caffè (UDC).
Every year, since the first master’s degree in 2011, Università del Caffè Brasil – managed in a partnership between PENSA and illycaffè – selects Brazilian students to receive a full scholarship. Throughout the course, students have contact with the entire productive cycle of coffee, from cultivation to consumption.
