Ready-to-drink Cappuccino and Mochaccino are made from milk, cocoa and the illy blend. According to the director of illycaffè in Brazil, Frederico Canepa, the beverages can be consumed chilled or at room temperature and do not need any preparation.
“Because they contain caffeine, the new beverages are great alternatives to the traditional energy drinks, and can even be used in the preparation of drinks,” Canepa explains.
