É o quinto ano consecutivo que a empresa é premiada no Academy

O bombom Truffle du Jour Croquant, criado pela marca paulistana Chocolat du Jour (www.chocolatdujour.com.br), ganhou a medalha de bronze na categoria Nut Based da Academy of Chocolate 2019, de Londres. Promovido anualmente, é uma das mais importantes competições internacionais aberta aos produtores de chocolates finos de todo o mundo.

Trufa Croquant – Chocolat du Jour

O Truffle du Jour Croquant, recheado de ganache noir, é feito de chocolate ao leite e amêndoas. A trufas noir foram as primeiras criações da marca, em 1987 e, no decorrer dos anos, foram lançados diversos outros sabores, incluindo o de caipirinha, que também já foi premiado na mesma competição. Os outros sabores são: Champagne, Au Lait, Cappuccino, Maracujá e o agora premiado, Croquant.
